Styled after helmets worn during the early Crusades era, This helmet is constructed entirely of 16 gauge mild steel, the fluted skull and blued band and nasal make an excellent look on the field. The back plate has been swept out to allow entry to the helmet with its deep chin coverage. Medium weight brown oil tanned leather drape finishes the look and adds protective coverage.
The perforated steel faceplate fits SCA standards for Rapier or Cut and Thrust combat.
Sized to fit 21 -22 inch head.
