Note: We have a little bit of aluminum left for a couple of small custom shields, but once it is gone we will no longer be producing shields. The sizes listed on the individual pages are the largest sizes we can make.

Shields are made of durable 6061 T-6 Aircraft Aluminum of .100 inch thickness. Our custom shields are individually crafted to your specifications of size and style to make sure you get exactly the shield you need.
Since each shield is custom made, they are started only after your order is made. Please allow 15-18 business days for construction. Prices are based on the size of the blank we have to use in its production.
Shipping charges are estimated because of size limitations placed upon us by our carriers. We will use the most cost effective method, usually UPS Ground, unless you specifically tell us in the notes section of the order form to use a particular carrier. Please allow 3-5 days for transit.
Please note: The shipping weight listed for shields on the products page does not reflect the actual weight of the shield. The actual shipping fees for shields are based on dimensional weight, so to accommodate for that in the shipping calculator we've had to list the weight of the shields as their dimensional weight.
