For an additional charge, we can now
offer canvas covering as an option, direct from us. We use a high quality,
mildew resistant canvas that is applied with an
industrial cement. This canvas cover will make painting your heraldry onto your
shield more satisfying and long-lived, as well as dramatically improve the look
of the finished shield.
Options
The options you choose depend on how you want to use your shield:
Strapped: Under "Strap and Handle" choose the type of handle you would like. Prices include the strap, utility handle or cage, and labor. Please let us know in the "Notes" box if you need the shield strapped for a left handed fighter.
Center Grip: Under "Strap and Handle" choose "Attach Center Grip". Under "Attach Center Boss" choose the type of boss you would like to have attached. Prices include the center boss and labor. Under "Cut for Center Grip" choose "yes". If you just want the center grip cut but not the boss attached, please let us know in the "Notes" box what size center grip hole you would like.
Strapped with Center Grip look: Under "Strap and Handle" choose the type of handle you would like. Under "Attach Center Boss" choose the type of boss you would like to have attached. Because the boss is decorative, you do not need to have a Center Grip Cut or a Center Grip attached.
Please note: You cannot have both a strapped shield and a center grip shield.
